When I first walked into this home in late September 2025, I knew we had a challenge ahead of us.  Due to some unfortunate life setbacks for the seller, the home had become completely packed — every room filled with clutter, boxes, and belongings. It wasn’t just a little messy — it was overwhelming.

But here’s the good news: with the right plan and some determination, even the most overwhelming situations can be turned around.

Step 1: Tackling the Cleanup

Over the next week, we worked closely with the seller and a junk removal specialist to remove everything that didn’t need to be there. It was a full clean-out — room by room, front-to-back. Once the home was cleared out, we brought in a professional team to deep clean and sanitize the entire space.

The transformation was incredible. What had once felt dark and cramped suddenly felt bright, open, and livable again.

Step 2: The Payoff

Once the home was clean and ready, we got professional photos taken and listed it — and within just two weeks and one open house, it sold at full asking price.
