Bucks County homeowners — you’re richer than you think.

Hey everyone, it’s Debbie Spaulder, your Bucks County eXp Realtor.
I want to share something most homeowners don’t realize — even with today’s market adjusting a bit, your equity has exploded over the last five years.
Take a look around Bucks County:
- In Newtown Township, the median home value is around $950,000 — that’s up roughly 50% since 2020.
- Warminster homes are up about 40%,
- Richboro up nearly 45%,
- Yardley up over 50%,
- And even more affordable areas like Trevose and Levittown have jumped around 40%. Some Levittown neighborhoods are up as high as 80%!
What does that mean? Even if you’ve had to adjust your asking price this year, you’re still sitting on a huge amount of equity. In many cases, homeowners are $100,000 to $200,000 ahead of where they were just five years ago.
So if you’re thinking about selling, remember — you’re not losing ground. You’re actually way ahead in the game.
If you want to know your exact home value increase and current equity numbers, reach out — I’d love to show you.
Even if you have to adjust your list price, you are still way ahead
